The Creative Brain Training program consists of three major components: Conscious Breathing, Ambidextrous Development, and Art Making. In my own life these three practices helped go from anxious and depressed, to confident and relaxed. They helped transform my attention span and sharpen my memory.
For the last three years I’ve had a the pleasure of sharing this program with incarcerated participants, college students, and 1st through 8th graders. In each group of students I’ve taught, I’ve got to witness similar transformations. Getting to witness the value of these practices I wish to share this information with as many as possible.
